iReceptor upgraded to v3.0 - COVID-19 data available! The iReceptor v3.0 upgrade implements the recently released AIRR v1.3 standard. All repositories in the iReceptor Public Archive have been upgraded.We are also pleased to announce the addition of the AIRR COVID-19 repository, with our first AIRR-seq COVID-19 data set.

AIRR Community calls for public sharing of COVID-19 data

The AIRR Community recently made a public call for the sharing of AIRR-seq data. In their call they state "... the AIRR-C hereby calls upon its members, and the wider research community, to share experiences, resources, samples, and data as openly and freely as possible, and to work within their respective systems to break down barriers to achieve this goal, subject to the overarching directives of respect, privacy, and protection for patients and all people. We are in this together."

A maintenance outage was required for one of the iReceptor Public Archive repositories from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Pacific Time, Feb 6, 2020. During this period 400M rearrangements were not available. All services are now back online.

181M annotated sequences temporarily removed

An error in an internal optimization mechanism on the iReceptor repository has been discovered that resulted in incorrect V/D/J gene searches on two studies from 2019-06-21 to 2019-07-03. The problem will be fixed and the data will be back in production soon. For more information see the iReceptor Public Archive Data Provenance page

March 22, 2019 - 200M annotated sequences added

Data from three new studies of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, and primary liver carcinoma have been added. More information on these studies is available on the iReceptor website.

2018-11-27: Data download limit removed

The data download limit of 500,000 sequence annotations has now been removed. Users are able to download large data sets, with the current limit now a 24 hour time limit! Note that large downloads may take a long time, with download speeds ranging from 3M to 90M sequence annotations/hour.
